Never did I think I would become victim of someone not doing the work promised. Last year I paid to have a belt replaced and this year during the yearly inspection my mechanic found the belt was very worn. Either they didn't do the work or used a very low quality belt which lasted less than 15k miles.

I took my car for two reasons because 1. Remote key battery was low and needed to be replaced and driver side door handle was broken and needed to be replaced too, but Colorado tires did all diagnostics that wasn’t my request and and send me estimates which I refused finally I took my car out of this place making me to pay for the diagnosis the run without replacing remote key battery even which is less that $10.00. I was their Costomer since 2010 and all the cars from my house used to be taken there even for minor problems but never again.

Great local shop that I can trust. I do my own wrenching so I am hesitant to take my vehicles to any one. I was referred to this shop and took a chance with my SUV in March 2022 to have wheel bearings, brakes, tie-rods and alignment done; was very happy with work and turn-time so I brought my Superduty in to have glow plugs/harness' and brakes done...you get what you pay for.

Amateur work. Drain valve was not tightened properly, for the 2nd time with the same tech. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, and it happened again after being told the issue would be addressed. A plastic piece was left on the muffler, so in a way I'm lucky the work was shoddy and I was able to catch that before it melted onto my muffler or worse. Went into the shop to address the issue and the customer service agent was clueless. Promised me the manager would reach out, which never happened naturally. Will not be servicing any of our cars here after such inept work.
