My tire pressure low light went on after a long road trip. I took my car into the place I bought my tires originally to fix the problem. The day after they "fixed" the issue, my light started blinking. Anyhow, I went to Colorado Tire and Service because it was close to my house and I wanted to get the care in right away. Talk about an awesome experience. These guys helped me out a ton. They filled my tire, let me know what was wrong. After all of that, they didn't charge me a dime or try to sell me on anything. From my experience they are an honest company looking to do what is right for the customer. The next time I have tire issues I will definitely take my car there.

I don't like writing bad reviews, but this time is warranted. I did some research on the Internet and the CTS Auto Sales dealership had one of the best customer reviews in Denver so I called to inquire about a Ford Expedition in their lot. From the photos posted the car looked great, but there was a big tear on the back seat (behind the driver seat) and another tear on the front passenger seat. Because of these tears on the seats, I decided to talk to Jason (owner), whom has taken the time to answer every single comment left by customers, to request a reduction on the price of the car. He answered that he was not going to negotiate the price of the car because, besides the tears on the seats, the car was in excellent condition. Based on Jason's information, I decided to go to Denver to take a closer look at the car and test drive it. Upon closer inspection, I saw that the car was NOT in excellent condition and was riddled with rust everywhere - the hinges of the doors, underneath all doors, on the frame, the chassis, the spare tire, and the back lift door (see enclosed photos). The owner was not there, so I talked to Paul (General Manager) about all the rust on the car and he claimed that he didn't know about. This is hard to believe because the dealership has car lifts in the inspection area. I am disgusted at the fact that I was lied upon and that I wasted a long trip to Denver to see a car that was severely misrepresented. The whole experience was uncalled for and raise questions about the integrity and honesty of the owner and General Manager.

I took my VW in to replace my front brake light. It was a $600 repair! I was told it was shorting out because a previous repair place had omitted a part causing a water leak. To be "thorough" Darnell checked my rear brake lights as well. He found the rear middle brake light to be dysfunctional. I opted not to repair it due to cost. However, when I got home, I discovered he had cracked it. It Was Not broken before I brought it in to be serviced. I know this bc I had it washed my car before I took it in for repairs and I hand dried it. Not only did this crack on my brake light make me angry, but it caused a leak in my trunk & I was unable to close it after a freezing rain. This happened back in January. I walk with a cane so I think they thought they could take advantage of me. Or perhaps it is the usual scenario of the mechanic thinking a woman is easy money. I have been fuming over this for months. I have tried to let this go, but I hate to see other customers taken advantage of.

Gin, I am sorry that you feel this way, your vehicle is 18 years old and the reason Darnell recommended the tail light is because it was broken. I have reviewed the ticket in question and you paid us $600 dollars for the entire ticket, which included other services as well as fixing the front light problem, if there was an issue I wish you just had of reached out to us. If you would like to discuss this further please contact me 303-920-2268. Jason-Owner
