I had my suv serviced for brakes and box truck for lots of repairs. Darnell, Aaliyah and Trinidad were amazing. The tech was great as well and I don't remember his name. They went above and beyond to take care of my vehicles. They were very attentive and explained every single thing. Darnell even made a spare key for my box truck. They definitely won my business. Do not hesitate to go here for your auto needs, they are the best.

Got a coupon for them in the mail and was really needing my oil changed. I needed to drop my car off earlier than the appointment and they were so accommodating. Everyone that helped us was so nice and made sure everything else in my car was good as well. I will definitely be useing them from now on!

I took a car to this workshop, my car did have some considerable damage to the engine so I went to them to get a professional opinion, I took my car to it running with a little smoke coming out of the exhaust, one of the employees promptly took care of it of the vehicle, thus doing an analysis to see if it was possible to keep the engine or if it was better to replace it and then they started to put their values, 48 ​​dollars of labor for an unknown brand battery that cost me 200.00, 320 dollars for two exhaust bolts , 23 dollars for a cover that according to them broke while they were trying to open , 97 dollars for a supposed engine cleaning , look at the photos below , among other expenses that I do not even want to mention , finally my opinion they are not professionals my car came back worse than it was but with new parts and with 2507.00 reasons for me not to trust mechanical workshops and much less CTS , a real professional would have clarified the real condition of my engine and would not make me have spent all that money on unnecessary things. I feel bad for giving my trust and this team.

These guys are tire genie’s - I had a slow leak and was able to drop-in and get an immediate repair. And you can tell by the great customer experience they all love what they do ❤️ Thank you CTS!!

Stopped in with an emergency hole in my tire right before closing and instead of turning me away. The manager rallied the troops and got it done for me quick on top of that they made sure to use a patch to fix my tire instead of a plug like most tire shops. Also the manager from Kansas allowed my k-9 companion to join me in the lobby because it was too hot and muggy outside to be leaving your pets in your vehicle. Mind you I didn't even have to ask they offered and then greeted me with an ice cold Gatorade

Writing this is important to share all the details of this 1 STAR EXPERIENCE. I had literally the worst oil change experience recently at this establishment. As someone who deeply cares for regular maintenance on my Lincoln, I was left astonished with the "service" that took place. I recently bought a place in Cherry Creek, and an ad flyer attracted me to give this establishment a try. I came for an oil change that an on site employee said would take an "hour an half." This was a scheduled visit. 4.5 hours later, I was communicated a list of other sales opportunities beyond what I asked for. When I was given my key I discovered dirty, oily boots prints in the carpet of my car. No mat was placed down during service. I discovered dirty, oily hands print on the hood of my car. The sticker placed inside my windshield said my next oil change would be in 4,600 miles. When I got home to inspect the PSI on all four tires, 2 out of 4 were filled up properly. ON top of the that, the engine began to act funny over the next week. The check oil light came on within 10 days of service. And, when I presented all these unbelievable items I discovered on the phone, I asked for the $50 discount for a future service be applied to this "service." I was told, "The GM will be in touch with you to get you this discount." It's now been 4 weeks and I have had zero contact by anyone. I did not feel comfortable returning to this establishment to "make it right." I will not adopt the impression that you need 2 visits for an oil change business to "get it right." I am left with damaged interior carpet, and have scheduled an independent inspection to assess everything. For an added bonus, around the time I went there there was a drive by shooting. I found this out when I returned home. I write these words as a respected small business owner in Denver. I understand the value of honesty, and accountable. No one has extra time in their day to write this thorough of feedback. But, we feel this was imperative to share.

We came by at the end of the day with a hole in the tire. They got us in right away and finished quickly. I can't thank them enough it was an emergency and we had the whole family with us.

Fast service, affordable prices. Had a nail in a tire and they got me in and out in 20min. Great & very friendly staff - I’ll be coming here for future car repair needs.

I am so satisfied with the service here! Kenneth and he's guys where the ones to help me out, very honest and willing to help me on everything, one of the guys even showed me a few basic car stuff. Will be coming back for sure!
