I have to rate my overall experience as 2 stars. The only reason that it got that much is the fact that Jennifer & Pedro were helpful in getting the mistakes fixed. We initially brought our RV in to get 4 new tires put on at the Centennial location. We were told when we arrived that they didn't have the right tools to do it, so we were sent to the Aurora location. We were told to drop it off and leave it over night and they would be working on it around noon the next day. We received a call around 2pm stating they were running behind, which was not too big of a deal for us. We called them back around 4 & they said it was ready to be picked up. We drove out there & luckly my husband looked everything over and I couldn't even believe what I saw. NONE of the tires were tightened. They were so loose that I could touch them and I could tighten them with my fingers AND to top it off, the extended valves were not only put in backwards but they lost 2 that we already had. We also realized that the spare tire was missing. We started to become very concerned at this point. Jennifer & Pedro were shocked as well with the work that had been done. They asked us to leave it over night again so they could fix it the next day. As we were leaving, we decide to check to make sure that they locked the door to the RV and low and behold the door had been UNLOCKED the whole day..... it gets worse. We were very worried about keeping it over night again in a location that didn't care about our new RV so we decided to stop by to check on it later that evening. I opened the door to the RV and see the spare tire and hub cabs (dirty & oily) leaned on my couch and on the floor. I was floored. We went back that morning to pick it up again & the valves were still on backwards... so we were told to come back in the afternoon. Came back again and the tires were suppose to be at 80 PSI... Pedro checked the other guys work and they were at 40 PSI. We waited for another hour for them to pump them all up. They did end up replacing the 2 valves they lost. If it wasn't for Jennifer & Pedro, I believe I would have lost it all together. They said that we would receive a call from Paul or the owner in the next few days but we haven't heard from anyone. I was extremely disappointed with the service that we were provided.

Tabitha, please see my response over on Yelp for more details. I'm sorry to hear of this experience and we'd like to make this right. Hope to hear from you soon, -Jason Carach, Owner

I noticed on my way to work that my tire light had come on two days in a row, so I called one of the closest places to my work and I brought it by. I spoke with Paul, and he ended up saying that I got a nail in my tire and that there was corrosion on the rim. I thanked him and asked how much, and he said "Free of charge." I was blown away, this was my first time into this establishment and I didn't have to pay anything? I will definitely be back for my struts and shocks. This store is wonderful.:)

My wife and I have now brought both of our vehicles into Colorado Tire and Service for a variety of things ranging from tires to an oil change. Paul and Lance are professional, thorough and friendly plus their work is good and their price are fair. It can be hard to find an auto repair shop that you can trust and depend on, but now that we've found Colorado Tire and Service, the search is over!

Thanks Stefan. Always nice to hear kind words about our staff.

My car started making a funny noise almost right in front of their shop. Darnell was able to pinpoint the noise right away. Their prices are reasonable, but their knowledge and customer service is top notch!

Found this place through my drive time warranty and was reluctant, but I am so happy with them I had to post this. Honest, hard working guys with great, professional service. Thank you!

My go-to for car stuff, small and large. Everything we've been quoted has been reasonable, and the basic prices for stuff like oil changes and tire fixes were decent, too. The staff is friendly and helpful, and service is fast. I also like how they handle my older model car, their knowledge is evident. Great place.
