I am not too sure how I am going to do without Tom, Mike and staff. I have been educated, explained in detail what is needed to solve the issue at hand. Detailed explanations are given to every concern for the moment and future. They welcome you with open arms with fantastic attitude and smiles. These guys are the best in colorado as far as I am concerned and will back up the high volume of compliments given. They will not force the customer into fixing the car/truck/etc. The fixing the situation is entirely up to the customer's decision. The cost is always explained as to why it cost a certain figure and they guarantee their work and are very caring about the customer and their needs. I love you guys and hopefully I will find a group like yourselves in my next venture. Thank you for being you, educating me and understanding my automobile and always providing service with a GREAT, FUN, CARING ATTITUDES...........

I can trust these guys. Case in point - I took my car to the dealership to get a recall issue fixed, and they apparently found a $1,500 issue, plus 2 other things. Took it to CTS for a second opinion, and while they found the same issue, they only charged $300. And they said the other two things didn't actually need work. How often do you find a place so honest?!

This is the second time I have come here for repair and now I will never go anywhere else. Jasper is beyond helpful and does anything he can for you. I had gone to one shop and they quoted me $1800 for the repairs I needed and Jasper's quote was far below that and they do a superior job!

We love these people. Latest was our starter went out the Sunday before a trip to Glenwood Springs and they kindly replaced it in just a few hours right after they opened, so we could leave town. They are always up front and competitive on price. Highly recommend.
