I bought a car from their dealer location that needed a few things fixed. Kent had my car in and out of the shop in two days. Everyone was honest, communication was excellent, and the turnaround time was just what I needed to leave for vacation on time. Recommend!!

I had two cars simultaneously break down. We left feeling like we got taken advantage of because both cars had to be towed there. I tried to use my CARMAX warranty for one car. It worked and my deductible was $250 for the oil line to be replaced. That was fine, but they tacked on another $200 for an oil change + “shop supplies”. My other car cost over $600 to just replace a battery. Other places around this area are all under $300 for the same service. There was $250 added on for “diagnostic testing”. Once again if it wasn’t completely dead, we would have taken it else where.

I have used Colorado Tire & Service in Centennial for a number of years, for two different vehicles. MUCH better experience than any car dealership service department I've used, in terms of getting appointments, amount of time that service takes, and general communication with the customer. I really appreciate the fact that they are great at communicating and providing updates, and have never experienced any issues with the services I've received.
