I was recommended CTS by my warranty company for my window regulator to be replaced. They told me that it PROBABLY would be taken care of (my warranty is really good) against my wishes they ran a computer diagnostic as well as checked my fluid levels and tires even though the only thing I brought it in for was my window. Of course I already knew what was wrong with it but that’s besides the point. So after they did the diagnostic they called me and told me it was $540 to repair, and the warranty company is only covering $300 so I would have to pay $244 out of pocket. I told them I would not be doing that, and when I went to retrieve my car they held my keys from me until I paid $65 for the diagnostic. My last car was a Honda Civic as well and I suppose this happens to these cars because the window regulator broke in that one too. The cost for the regulator was $60 and my friend put it in for me which took about an hour so I can’t imagine why it would be so expensive. I called my warranty company and they told me that the shop asked them for only $150 to replace it, and they told the shop that they would cover $330. Well, on top of the $330 that my insurance company was gonna pay them they decided to charge me an additional $244. Super unprofessional. I just called Gary’s automotive and they said start to finish the TOTAL would be around $300 and my warranty should cover the whole cost. My husband called CTS afterwards and asked to speak with the manager and James (if that was his real name) refused to give him the managers phone number or even his name.

Sorry you feel this way, but it is your warranty company that refused to pay the entire bill. You should be reviewing them not us.

I have been a long-standing member of this business since 2016 and the management has changed over 3* times, each time getting worse and worse as they go... now the management is not willing to honor the fact that I've been a customer for years and they've always fit me in and made sure that they took care of me. If this business doesn't want to be kind to their longstanding customers how do you think they're going to treat somebody new? Do yourself a favor go to Grease monkey around the corner or to Goodyear on Arapahoe either one of those is way far better than Colorado tire and service. Until businesses realize that bedside manner is something they should be concerned about businesses will continue to go down in this business definitely has.👎👎👎👎👎

Great place good prices

Okay so I had a great first experience here but then I came back after covid and they charged double for the same service AND I found a hole in my tire after they changed them out (I'm sure it was a mistake, but they were still rude when I called about it). So not sure how to feel about them anymore.

Recently purchased a car from here and overall it was a great experience, friendly and helpful staff, they were straightforward with everything and were willing to work with us as well. The car was in great shape with only a few minor things, which should be expected with any used car. I would happily recommend them and they'll definitely be one of the first places I look at in the future.

We really enjoyed working with Kyle at CTS. He was always very straightforward with us. It took us over a week to make a decision on a car and we never felt pressured to buy anything which was not our experience with other dealers right now. Kyle always shared facts and was even helpful with giving us tips about different cars if we didn’t end up buying the one we were looking at here. I’m thankful we did end up buying our car through CTS.
