Made an appointment online for an oil change and a tire rotation but didn't get any confirmation by email or phone. Called them up a couple days later to confirm appointment. The person on the phone and the woman at front desk told me it'd take 2 hours, 3 worst case scenario. I went to grab a bite to eat and waited around for 3 hours. They didn't get to my car or communicate that they were behind. So took my car and left. I thought if you made an appointment, they'd work on your car at the time the appointment was for. Isn't that why you make an appointment? Slow service, bad communication.
