We had flawless service here after an unfortunately horrible experience at Boulder Toyota. Colorado Tire and Service repaired what needed to be fixed in order to get us going again, without trying to fleece us by selling repairs that weren't needed. They completed repairs within the estimated price they gave, and well ahead of schedule. Since I am a woman, I am accustomed to poor service and lies from repair shops, such as Boulder Toyota, and was very happy to find none such behavior at this shop. Go here without hesitations! I will certainly be back here in the future.

I have been dealing with a truck vibration and poor tire wear problem for the last 5 years on my full size pickup truck. Every time I took it to a service shop they told me it was out of balance. A close competitor charged me over $300 to replace rack bushings that they said was the culprit, with no improvement. Others told me my struts were bad, so I replaced those. After trying over 6 or 7 different places I finally found these guys. They worked very close with me to quickly diagnose that the problem was my after market wheels. Sure enough, they put on some new wheels that I found and my truck rides like it's brand new! I would have saved over $600 and several hours in shops if I would have found these guys sooner. They even gave me a ride to work since I needed to leave my truck with them for most of the day. Thanks very much to Darnell and his entire staff!

These guys are great. Very honest and fair. I've called around about getting tires installed and everywhere else, including the big chains wanted to charge for the tire pressure sensor pack for each tire, which these guys said was only needed if the existing one has gone bad. I didn't need it on any of my tires so it ended up being nearly $50 less to go with these guys since they didn't want to charge me for unnecessary work. What more can you ask for? They were also quick and very professional. I'll be back again. A+

I don't think I have ever felt more comfortable taking my car in for service as I do at the Colorado Tire and Service in Thornton. I live downtown and specifically travel to get my Subaru serviced there. Darnell is just the greatest! He always remembers me, is kind, knowledgeable and so friendly! He keeps me coming back! I highly recommend getting your car taken care of by these wonderful professionals!

The workers were honest, polite, and informative. I asked them to check my tires because the "check tire pressure" alert kept turning on after I had put in air. They didn't even charge me. I'll be back as a paying customer for my next repair or oil change.

I have been very happy with my car service experiences at Colorado Tire. They have worked hard to ensure I am not replacing more than needs to be done, like replacing a coil in my a/c instead of the whole system (like another shop recommended). I plan to have my car maintained here regularly!

Great service, very knowledgeable staff who will give you options rather than steering you to the most expensive service + product, very competitive pricing and just overall, very nice folks to deal with.

Thanks for the kind words David, we will see you next time. Jason-Owner

I've been a CO Tire & Service customer for over a year now. I knew on my first visit that this shop personnel was top notch in customer service. Darnell Jackson always meets my vehicle needs without being pushy or laying a guilt trip on me when I refuse service. I've purchased tires for both my cars there with the assurance that if I was unsatisfied with anything that they would make it right. So far, I have not had any complaints about any service I've had done to any of my cars. Thanks CO Tire for earning my trust.

I had a bit of an emergency- my mother was driving and managed to pop two tires, her car disabled. I called around to 4 other tire places to see if they would dismount and mount some snow tires we had- minimum wait was quoted as 90 minutes. When I spoke with Colorado Tire and Service they asked about my mom who was with her car on a hot day. They said bring the tires over, will help righ away! I took the ruined tires and snow tires in, they swapped them out in 15 minutes from driving up. Great people in the office and shop-
